UK Customers - if you would like to pay via PayOffline at your local Post Office or PayZone outlet please select the Cheque/Postal order option at checkout and add a note in the comments box asking for a PayOffline invoice.
We are also able to accept payment via PayPal - please select the credit/debit card option when completing checkout.
Supported by Alliance & Leicester, PayOffline is an innovative payment method which enables you to pay for internet purchases. It allows you to shop online and then pay offline with cash or debit card at your local Post Office or PayZone outlet. PayOffline uses a barcode system that allows you to make over the counter payments at any participating payment outlet.
PayOffline is an easy, convenient and safe method for our UK customers to pay for their online purchases.
Busy Lizzie Crafts are an authorised PayOffline merchant, however until we have PayOffline integrated with our checkout procedure would you please complete checkout in the usual way but indicate that you wish to pay via cheque/postal order and pop a message in the "Special Instructions or Order Comments" box to indicate you would like a PayOffline invoice.
To make a payment for your online purchase, simply 1) Select Cheque/Postal Order as your payment method when completing checkout 2) Add a message to the "Order Comments" box asking for a PayOffline invoice 3) We send you a PayOffline invoice via email. Simply present your invoice at any Post Office or PayZone outlet before the displayed expiry date 4) The Post Office or PayZone outlet will scan the barcode on your invoice 5) Pay the amount indicated on your invoice 6) The Post Office or PayZone outlet will issue you a receipt for your payment 7) We receive notification from PayOffline that you have paid your invoice (approx 24hrs) 8) We send you an email confirming receipt of your payment and despatch your goods to you.

When paying for your purchase(s) with PayOffline the despatch times quoted on individual listings on our website start from the date we receive confirmation of your payment from PayOffline, not the date you place your order on our website.
